My 13-inch Dell XPS is supposed to be a fantastic laptop. It is running Windows 11 and has never worked properly. I bought it in the US and had to fly out of the country the next day. I've repeatedly tried to get it fixed and, at best, repairs last until the next automatic update of the operating system, and then we go back to square one.How does someone get help permanently fixing this kind of issue.
