Windows 11 Windows 11 keeps trying to install a language in keyboard without me telling it to

Hello, I have English USA and Greek keyboard languages (english being the main language and system language, Greek being just for office proofing and/or texting) and for the past few weeks every so often I will try to swap between engl <> Greek and it'll remain engl then I click on the button in the start bar and I'll see that it has Afrikan engl there, I click on "more keyboard settings" and there's no afrikan there, if i go into word > options > proofing etc options its not there either, so the only way to remove it is to go to more keyboard options add it properly and then remov
