ever since kb5030219 i've experienced weird stutter in games always with this kinda shredding sound whats weird is that its always in 3d games no matter if the graphics are really good(rdr2) or aged(skyrim). this never happens in 2d games even if they are heavier on performance (theoretically) than the 3d games. I treid uninstalling the updates - didn't work, clean installing/ rolling back my drivers - didn't work, messing around with cmd and powershell - didn't work. going back to windows 10 isn't an option because my computer came with win11 so it would make more problems.
