Windows 11 Windows 11 Laptop Fan Doesn't Stop When Asleep.

I bought an Asus Vivobook 15 Ryzen 7 5800h with 16gb RAM. After simply browsing the internet for about 30 minutes and then putting the laptop to sleep, the fans continue to spin and the laptop doesn't cool down. I brought it into the store that I bought it and the technician told me this was normal behaviour for Windows 11 laptops. It doesn't sound right to me that this should be chalked up to normal behaviour for Windows 11. Can an official Microsoft representative please comment on whether this is normal or not?Thank you.
