Windows 11 Windows 11 laptop won't shut down

Hello, Everytime i try to shut down my laptop, it does go trough the shutdown screen and the lights and fans turn off, but a few seconds later (without any further input) it turns back on on its own. I did accidentally drop it, but there is no visible damage and it performs normally during usage. The power button isn't damaged either. Any ideas on what i should do?Thanks

Windows 11 Windows 11 will not shut down or sleep through OS, or closing the lid. Only a Hard Shutdown will turn off the computer.
