Windows 11 Windows 11 latest update keeps disconnect from wifi/ethernet at the same time

I have been away from my pc without anyone having access on it for the last 4 months and i did not face any issue nefore..I have returned and fully update my PC on August 1st, since then the ethernet connection and the Wi-Fi via USB antenna switching off randomly but at the same for a couple of seconds or minutes, at first was thinking that it is a router issue but my smartphone stays online without any issue.Any possible solution for that?
