Latest windows update - After Windows update system runs normally for a few minutes or hours then slowly begins to unravel. Acts like it is pegged or has a memory leak but task manager shows no such issues. Mouse movement is completely responsive. System behaves like it is hung but task manager usually shows less than 3% cpu and no more than 1/3 of memory in use. Del XPS 8950, Intel 12th gen i7, 32GB DDR5 memory.
