Windows 11 Windows 11 making google chrome lag while in-game.

I have two screens and I like to play games on my first monitor and watch YouTube, Twitch or Netflix on my second monitor. With windows 10 I never had issues with this and everything worked perfectly.. But nowI recently got windows 11 and with windows 11 as soon as I tab-in to my game my google chrome starts lagging and looks limited to 30fps. As soon as I tab-out google chrome goes back to perfect 60 fps. Why is this?And no, it is not my computer not being good enough.. I never had this issue with windows 10 and I have a RTX 3060 Ti.
