After my stupid computer installed the new update last night (without me knowing and it erased some of my work grrr) Microsoft paint hasn't been acting right. Specifically with the scroll bars and the menu. I can't use the scroll bar anymore by just clicking and dragging, now anytime I click it it doesn't do anything. If I click anywhere around the scrollbar the scroll bar will go in whichever direction I click it. Also if I hover my mouse over the scroll bar, it will go in which ever direction I move it, which is really annoying. Also if I use my Wacom pen to click the scroll bar or any where
