Windows 11 Windows 11 Microsoft Print to PDF Paper size and doule sided issues

I am using Windows 11 on Dell Desktop with Dell Printer as my default printerI wanted to start using Microsoft Print to PDF and have notice some things I cannot work out how to change(1) Paper - My paper is A4 but Print to PDF is somewhere set to Letter. I went to Devices and Printers, Printer Properties fo Print to PDF , Change Properties, Advanced Ta, Printing Defaults, Advanced and set Paper Size to A4, clicked OKHowever Paper Available is still set to Letter. What else needs to be changed?(2) Double-sided is set to NO - were do I change this to Yes?(3) Thereafter Print to PDF puts a file
