Windows 11 Windows 11 network shows "connected no internet access" but I am online, can connect to most websites, but some win apps think I'm offline and do not

Over the past few days my win 11 PC network connection started showing connected but no internet access status. I can get online and access most websites, but some windows apps like Spotify thinks I am offline and will not work. I think this may have happened after the most recent Win update. Have run network troubleshooter and rebooted my modem with no effect. See several references to this issue in Win 10 but nothing for Win 11., Very frustrating and would love to hear some possible fixes from the community.Windows 11 Home 10.0.22621 Build 22621 Dell Inspirion 3670 x64 Intel Core i3-910
