I bought a new 8tb gaming drive, WD BlackI connected it to the back of my custom build, and went to disk manager, not there, obviously also not detected by windowsI went to cmd>DiskpartList disk does show the 7452 GB disk, so I:select the diskcleancreate partition primary(BTW Diskpart asked if GPT or MBR, so I selected GPT, but it didn't show the disk after that, which is why I started diskpart)format fs=ntfs quickassignThe disk is assigned the letter D, but it shows onlyu 500gb, both in file explorer and in disk managerI was going to ask for a refund in Amazon, but diskpart does show the 8
