Windows 10 Windows 11 Not Installing

So in PC HEALTH CHECK it says that my PC Met the minimum windows 11 system requirements Except for the processer,Its written that I need a processer with 1GHz or faster, But currently I have a processer with 2.40GHz.Is it a bug or I need to Buy a new processor?My processer : AMD A10-9600P RADEON R5, 10 COMPUTE CORES 4C+6G 2.40 GHz.
