Windows 11 Windows 11 not recognizing my bluetooth headset microphone

First of all, the headset is functioning on another Windows 10 laptop.I have the same problem as this post, except my headset microphone is no longer recognized. I did everything in the post and the output device recognizes Sony WH-CH700N as headphones. The only option for microphone is Microphone Array (Realtek(R) Audio).I've done all Windows updates and Realtek driver.
