Windows 11 Windows 11 not working correctly even after PC reset.

So my start menu wouldn't allow me to open apps from it and file explorer would freeze when interacted with so I tried fixes for them and nothing worked. I decided to try a factory reset and immediately the icon for Microsoft Edge doesn't load in the hotbar and clicking it makes it open and close on its own a few times and then nothing. What's wrong with my PC?Added info: listing disks in command prompt says I only have 100GB free on my 2TB SSD but in storage settings it correctly shows that only 50GB is taken. SSD error?
