HelloThis is a brand-new laptop that's just about 2 weeks old, and I have experienced weird freezes mostly when the computer is somewhat idle, i.e., I'm watching something on it. I've never seen it freeze while playing games or while using the device's peripherals.These are the things I have tried so far:- Looked at Event Viewer to isolate the activities around the time the freezes occur. The first two of the last three events at the time of this writing seemed to have occurred directly following a AMD display driver problem.
