Windows 11 has started to open two Notepad apps at startup which it didn’t do before.I have a shortcut for a Notepad file in my user startup folder which has “.LOG” at the beginning of the file to add date stamp when the file is opened.One of the opened Notepad file has the new date stamp and the other does not.The Notepad file that does not have the date stamp also opens a window that states "C:\Users\wmcre\OneDrive\Desktop\LegionLog.txt has been modified on disk.
