Windows 11 Windows 11 PC has 1 bar of Wi-Fi while my Windows 10 PC has full bars

So, I have recently bought a new PC. First red flag was the startup; I couldn’t even get through the windows set up because the Wi-Fi bar is at a single dot (no bars). I had to use a command prompt to get passed the setup screens.I disconnected all other devices from the Wi-Fi to make sure it wasn’t a bandwidth issue, but even then it still remains one dot.I’m wondering if there are any additional settings I need to tweak to venture on forward; but I see no solutions.
