I have quite the peculiar problem here, where instead of my computer using 100% cpu all of the time, it always stays at 1-0%. this is a problem because it means that everything takes incredibly long to load, and most apps don’t respond to anything. there are also various programs that are “paused” in task manager, even though there is plenty of CPU left to process them. A while ago, i had a problem where my computer showed a completely black screen after login, and I finally got past that, but now my computer is doing this. This is odd, because usually my CPU is at ~10% at idle.specs:amd ryzen
