Windows 11 Windows 11 PC on a black screen after applying latest updates for October 2023.

I only have access to task manager (alt control delete).No other functionality is available to me.I did a cold power off, started it back up again, pressed F2, reset bios to factory default, saved and continued, still I have no access to the computer after logging in. Just a blank screen with only access to task manager.The update also changed something in my bios.
