Windows 11 Windows 11 PC Settings stuck on white screen with Settings Icon

When I open up PC settings on my machine the screen gets stuck like this: Screenshot OS Name: Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise OS Version: 10.0.22621 N/A Build 22621 I have tried all different ways to open the settings. The control panel works but opening any settings there is the same.I have tried this in powershell: Get-AppxPackage *Windows.ImmersiveControlPanel* | Reset-AppxPackageI have tried this in cmd: SFC /scannowI have restarted the machine, updated windows.I am now out of ideas, what can I do?
