Windows 11 Windows 11 PC Stuck in '"Preparing Automatic Repair" loop when started up.

I have a Windows 11 PC, it has been working fine until today when i came to boot it up and it booted straight to "Preparing Automatic Repair". I have attempted to reboot into safe mode and it will not work.
