Windows 11 Windows 11 Pro activated and then deactivated

I recently had a motherboard failure and had to replace it. Once I loaded Windows 11 Pro I went to activate and activation was successful. Now two days later I see that I need to activate Windows. When I run troubleshooting steps, I get the message "We can’t activate your copy of Windows as the digital license for this device has already been used to reactivate Windows." Where can I go now, to see about getting this corrected?Thanks,sms1295
