Windows 11 Windows 11 Pro activation issue after a DISC CLONE

Hi,We have done this procedure 1000s of times: We use Acronis to clone a HARD drive into s SSD drive.This is a Dell OptiPlex 3060 and after the clone is done, we are getting the ugly "we can't activate Windows" message (attached).Have searched and done many things, even bought a key for it after using one from our MAPS subscription....nothing works.Any help will be appreciated.
