Windows 11 Windows 11 Pro Backup Error Code 0x80070070 while Backing-up

I've been having this error for over a month now and I've tried new hard drives and all other solutions on the Net but there currently is not a solution to this problem. This IS NOT part of a Windows update situation so please read the issue before attempting to solve. This error 0x80070070 appears during backup
