Windows 11 Windows 11 Pro Local Security Authority TPM 2.0 cannot be turned on! Why?

The Problem:The Local Security Authority (LSA) is off. My desire is to turn it on, but I am unable. I'm 100% satisfied that my system hardware, BIOS, etc. can support TPM 2.0, not only because this feature was enabled in October 2022, when Windows 11 was installed fresh (update from 10), but also because I purchased an Asus Prime B550-Plus motherboard to install Windows 11 for my newly purchased AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12 Core, twenty-four thread processor (October 2022).As of March 19th, 2023, my Asus BIOS was updated to version 3002 x64.
