First, let me be very clear. This is on my personal computer. You know, at home, where I live, plugged in to the router (modem) to have internet access. At no time is this connected to any business or school or higher education facility. Ok, just a standard home user who decided to do a clean install of windows after 2 years. And this is for Windows 11 Prof. (NOT 10/8/7/Vista/XP/2000/ME/98/95/3.xx/2.xx/1.xx)This issue:- Can not access Windows Security. Can not even see of the choices in the windows. It is blank, just like a sheet of paper. - I can not even perform a virus scan via right click
