Windows 11 Windows 11 pro OEM DVD

I am building my own desktop PC and purchased the Windows 11 Pro OEM DVD.However, reading the Licence Agreement (yes, this tiny print outside the package) I am not sure if I can use this product. The information provided is quite confusing.It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could shade some light to my confusion.Kind regards,George
