Hello,I recently updated my Windows 11 installation and now whenever I navigate in Explorer, OS highlights first option, like it would with pressing 'TAB' for all keyboard control. Here is the image of various places it shows by default, it wasn't like that before:

that it is in Polish, it doesn't matter. All highlighted things are shown with red arrow overlay that I added for clarity.Here is how for example context menu should look like:

you can see, nothing is highlighted, there are no weird boarders around the first option from a
