Windows 11 Windows 11 - Quick Settings not working after joining Domain

Hello, I have installed Windows 11 and all available updates on my laptop (I now have Windows 11 version 10.0.22621). The Quick settings worked fine until I joined our domain. Now the quick settings can no longer be opened. I get the following error in the event viewer.
