Windows 11 Windows 11 random black box in middle of the screen that will tab out anything on the main monitor

Whenever I'm playing a game or doing something a random black box appears in the middle of the screen. I haven't found anything about it and there is nothing about it. It tabs out anything that is on my main monitor and is very annoying. I have already tried updating my graphics driver.I have an intel i9 13900k, rtx 4080 overclocked. The picture attached shows the box on the screen from a recording.
