I've recently upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and the headphone volume randomly goes to the absolute maximum and dangerous levels which can potential cause health damages. I am requesting that Microsoft provide a fix for this issue. I do not have this issue neither on Android and Ubuntu Linux. This issue has been isolated only on Windows. I went out of my way to purchase new headphones from an entirely different brand (Sony). And the volume still maximizes. I am requesting that Microsoft provide an immediate solution to this.This is on an entirely new install of Windows 11.
