Recently I had an unrecoverable issue with Windows 11 and had to do a clean install. Now that I am back up, I once again have a couple of issues that I had previously and with help got it resolved. But I can't find all of my notes and what I have do not resolve the issues. The issues are:1. When going to the start menu and selecting shutdown ... the PC goes through all the normal shutdown processes, but the PC never powers off. I can only use the power button on the PC ... hold for 3 seconds ... then the power turns off.2. When going to the start menu (or any other pathway for a restart su

Windows 11 Windows 11 will not shut down or sleep through OS, or closing the lid. Only a Hard Shutdown will turn off the computer.

Windows 10 PC does not boot-up during restart, instead has to be manually be shut down with the power button.
