Windows 11 Windows 11 says "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again."

Windows 11 says "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again." But when I click on "Set up my PIN", it can't because it hasn't connected to the internet at this step.Whenever i tried to boot a different way (i.e. Safe mode) I still get the same result.Any help would be appreciated!
