Windows 11 Windows 11 Screen flickering issue after update

Hi,I have two PCs (one is intel build, one is AMD build). Both are running Windows 11 and both are on OS version 22621.1265.However, Windows is not getting updating after this OS version. Updates appear in the Windows update, gets downloaded and installed and as soon as PCs are restarted, screen starts flickering after logging in. After that I have to uninstall the update by booting them in safe mode. What should I do? I have tried all the normal things, e.g., Drivers are updated, rolling back and then installing again, sfc /scannow, cleaning up Windows update folder through disk cleanup etc.
