Yesterday I did a reinstall of Windows 11 on my 3-year-old HP laptop (Intel 10th generation) after repeated screen freezing and BSOD during various activities (email, browsing, or just computer idle). Screen, keyboard and mouse all freeze, only a hard restart works.Freezes had been happening since September 2023, increasing frequency. I had upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 in May.I thought the reinstall fixed the problem, but it just reoccurred during a Zoom call.
