Windows 11 Windows 11 security center notification icon no longer has a right click menu after recent update.

So after a update yesterday for the authenticated user error apparently now my security center notification icon can no longer be right clicked. All my other icons still work all my start menus etc. its just the one icon. I attempted to contact support only to be met with reinstall windows. installation isnt even 2 weeks old and works flawlessly other than the icon i mentioned. Anyone else experiencing this?
