The title pretty much, I have no idea what might be causing this issue, I've fully reinstalled windows 2x by now, so I don't think it's driver related, I've tried a lot of the scans in cmd already, like the dism scan and scannow, I can't access automatic repair, it seems like a specific bootfile is corrupted, and I don't know how to solve that. I also can't run bootrec /fixboot, since I apparently don't have access to my own computer.I looked at the minidumps, and it seems like PCI.sys is causing problems, that's the only real data I know aside from that it's a DPC_Watchdog_violation.
