Windows 11 Windows 11 Settings App Not Opening

I need serious help. Not sure when this became an issue for me, but the settings app on my laptop won't open no matter what I do. I've done literally everything I could search up, up to and including: -Using the command Get-AppxPackage *windows.immersivecontrolpanel* | Reset-AppxPackage in Powershell and restarting -Running SFC and DISM on Command Prompt as administrator and restarting -Resetting my PC -Reinstalling Windows 11 -Restarting Windows Explorer via Task Manager -Updated my Drivers -Cleaned up my PC with a scanner -Messed around with the Registry Editor All of the above ha
