Windows 11 Windows 11 start menu, notification center and MS store problem UI problem

I changed my registry under path: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System and deleted the C:\Windows\System32\GroupPolicy\Machine to fix some problem with iCloud startup problem. I also tried some command that I couldn't list it (I couldn't remember them).My current problem is with the start menu, notification center, (menu not pop up either after win key pressed and mouse click on the task bar icon), MS store (crash after window popped up) and Microsoft Pinyin's alternative box is missing (I temporally solve this by turn on the Use previous versio
