Windows 11 windows 11 still adding ENG-US keyboard layout when launching certain applications in 2023

This is a useless feature and i can't seem to turn it off, i tried this Redirecting but it doesn't do aynthingdo i have to finally and definitively switch to linux? is this microsoft's goal? why is it so hard to customize windows 11?
