Windows 11 Windows 11 Stops Responding

When I boot up my computer, I log in, get to the desktop and after a moment it becomes unresponsive and I’m unable to open any programs. I have done an sfc scan, memory diagnostics, a clean boot, and even completely reset my computer twice via recovery.
