Windows 11 Windows 11 stuck at PIN screen.

Tried to enter SAFE MODE but PIN deleted "Something happened to your PIN..." I tried ALL recovery modes. Now sitting at COMMAND PROMPT. Is there anyway to erase drve? All data backed up. Thanks.
