Windows 11 Windows 11. Taskbar icons dissapear after 5-10 restarts and being moved to a folder named 'Tombstones'

Hi, i have pinned all my necessary icons to a taskbar but after couple of restarts (5-10) they just dissapear and being moved into a folder named Tombstones in 'AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar\Tombstones' so i need to restore each icon again and again every time they dissapear. Please help. Thanks
