Windows 11 Windows 11 to Windows 10 Failure

I had downloaded windows 11 on my computer but wanted to go back to windows 10, but it keeps doing this cycle whenever I turn on the computer. "Restoring your previous version of Windows..." then after like a minute or two it crashed with the blue screen error message "SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION". And I can't get onto the BIOS or anything when I turn it on either, it's locked onto "Restoring your previous version of Windows..."
