Windows 11 Windows 11 TPM not enabled, but I need it to update my windows

Hello, I'm currently using windows 11 for a while now.I once had to enable tpm and I did manage to do that. I can't do it now.When I enter bios settings I can't find troubleshoot or advanced security or trusted computing. So I can't enable tpm.I need tpm to enable windows update. It's been failing since June and I am behind with crucial updates because my updates keep failing.What can I do?
