Windows 11 Windows 11 unable to add World Wide Web services

Not sure if this topic should be under Apps or Install and Upgrade?I had to reinstall Windows 11 yesterday. I now need to enable web services on the laptop. I have tried to select the required features, but now the dialog showing "Searching for required files" is stuck. I cannot cancel out of it.EDIT: It finally reported Windows couldn't complete the requested changes.
