My issue is that unwanted language (English United Kingdom) sometimes appears in the taskbar selection. I cannot drop it because this language doesn't appear in the "Language and Region" settings. The only way I found is to restart the system, but it doesn't work each time. This is the topic with the same issue without a solution: Redirecting just want you to pass this on to the dev team.
