Windows 11 Windows 11 update corrupted and can't download or install windows update.

I was facing system slowness and when i try to shutdown my system or restarting it takes more than half hour . I have seen this happened to me before when my windows update fails to install and gets corrupted. Seems that was the case again. 2024-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5040442) - fails with Download error - 0x80248007. even if it downloads it fails with install error 0x800f0900.I tried Sfc/scannow "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file
