Windows 11 Windows 11 update stuck on 89% after restarting!!

Windows required to restart after todays update. I did that then it stuck for an hour on 89% with freeze screen. I forced shut down and now I only get black screen when I start the computer. I checked the monitor it's working nothing wrong except the windows. What to do?
